Purpose of the position: Enhance Kia brand preference, generate demand and promote sales of Kia cars,
support Kia dealer network to achieve KMR business targets
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and develop marketing communication strategy
- Implement KIA brand strategy for the Russian and CIS markets
- Develop and implement detailed annual Marketing media communication plan
- Control development of marketing campaigns and creative materials
- Organize and control IMC planning and product launch communication process
- Support effective marketing operations of KIA Dealers, set marketing guidelines for KIA Dealer network in Russia and CIS
- Coordinate Dealer marketing programs and activities
- Control marketing research and data analysis to define target audiences and customer journey
- Develop and continuously improve advanced digital communication platform and channels
- Control development and implementation of digital communication actions, data-driven processes & campaigns
- Develop and implement Influencer marketing programs
- Implement strong PR communications
- Control BTL and CSR activities
- Execute effective budget planning and control overspending
- Cooperate with other departments to design, execute and evaluate long- and short-term integrated marketing and sales campaigns for the organization to meet key business targets
- Implement new practices in marketing communications to grow brand image, revenues and profitability
- Ensure consistent messaging in all branded outbound and internal marketing materials through different platforms and channels
- Organize and manage the multi-functional and efficient marketing sub-division
- Ensure personal development and professional growth of marketing staff
Requirements:
- Higher education (in marketing and management spheres)
- Minimum 5 years of experience on relevant management position
- Very strong experience in digital marketing and social media
- Fluent English
- Knowledge of automotive market and related marketing practices is preferable
- Solid experience in marketing strategy, integrated communications planning and execution
- Solid experience in organization and management of multi-functional marketing department
- Strong communication skills, creativity and advanced presentation skills
