Company is looking to hire a Marketing Director who will be in charge of leading company's marketing efforts. As a successful hire, you will be responsible for providing guidance to marketing department by evaluating and developing marketing strategies, planning and coordinating marketing efforts, communicating the marketing plans to those involved, and building awareness and positioning for company's brands (Architecture, Design, Development, Luxury goods).
Responsibilities:
- Building brand awareness and positioning for various brands/products
- Evaluating and developing marketing strategy and marketing plan
- Planning, directing, and coordinating marketing efforts
- Communicating the marketing plan
- Preparing work specifications for our marketing/creative departments
- Coordinating marketing projects from start to finish
- Organizing company conferences, trade shows, and other major events
- Overseeing social media marketing strategy, websites content and content marketing
- Optimizing company internal resources for fulfilment of marketing tasks instead of outsourcing
Qualifications:
- Successful track record in senior marketing roles and creating marketing campaigns
- Degree in marketing, advertising, or communications is preferred
- Experience with digital and content marketing, and social media marketing
- Proven ability to plan and manage budgets
- Background in design, architecture or development is preferred
- Strong communicational and writing skills in English
- Strong communicational and writing skills in German or Italian (preferably both)
