Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Marketing strategy development and implementation for the assigned Rx BU products portfolio
- Team management and development
- Portfolio management and development
- Initiating and managing new marketing initiatives
- Cross-functional projects management
Requirements:
- University degree, business/marketing education will be an advantage
- From 5 years of successful experience with leading pharmaceutical company on a managerial position
- Proven record of accomplishment of building successful retail Rx brands (min 3) and develop strong brand teams/marketeers
- P&L responsibility >100Mio$ in revenues
- Multi-channel activation and sales experience is important
- Result driven strategic thinker with perfect collaborative and influencing skills
- People management experience (from 5)
- Fluent English
