Garage 8 (an international fintech company) is searching for a Marketing Director of China region.
Future challenges:
- Development and implementation of a plan for launching the product and brand to the Chinese market
- Hire the Team
- Full cycle of region and market research
- Drawing up a phased road map of the project
- Localization of the product and marketing activities
- Determination of target metrics and development of a plan to achieve goals together with the team
- Development and implementation of a marketing strategy for the China region
- Implementation of the brand strategy in the region
- Development of a regional team: setting processes within the team, organization, motivation, development of professional competencies
- Tracking and analysis of key indicators and changes
- Research the local market: analyzing competitors, customers, conducting interviews with customers together with the team
- Analysis of such performance indicators as: LTV, ROI, traffic volume, funnel, etc.
- Participation in the development of advertising campaigns, creatives, landing pages, letters, promotions, charity, etc., as well as evaluation of their effectiveness
- Establishment of cooperation of the regional team with other teams and departments of the company
- Regional budget management
The company expects:
- At least 2 years experience in Chinese market
- 2 years experience in marketing
- Experience in launching a product/brand to a new region
- Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies
- Knowledge of brand management principles
- Team management experience
- At least Upper-Intermediate level of English
- Understanding and ability to analyze marketing and product indicators (LTV, NPS, CPA, ROI, etc.)
- Experience in launching advertising campaigns (contextual, media advertising, advertising in social networks) and the ability to analyze their effectiveness
- Deep understanding of marketing analytics, including:
- Ability to conduct surveys, interviews and interpret results
- Ability to conduct market and product analytics, knowledge of such methodologies as Empathy Map, Customer Journey Map, Value Proposition, etc.
