Job Description:
Company's Meat Distributing Business is seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead and execute the marketing strategies across the GCC region (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing within the food industry, specifically in the meat sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales for our meat products
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and expansion
- Manage and coordinate marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and events
- Collaborate with sales and product development teams to ensure product offerings align with marketing strategies
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed
- Manage and develop marketing team members, providing guidance and coaching to achieve marketing objectives
- Work closely with external partners and vendors to execute marketing initiatives
- Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends to maintain a competitive edge
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of the meat industry and consumer behavior within the food sector
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Fluent in English, Arabic language proficiency is a plus
- Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate
