What are you going to do:
- Developing and driving Latam Region strategy and marketing campaigns
- Meet company’s goals and KPI’s for region development
- Being responsible for the lifecycle of user base, their quality, activity and retention in the all region and each country
- Developing and leading a full-scale marketing team
- Analyzing effectiveness of all marketing channels and Activities marketing activities
- Holding of all budget processes of the Region
- Performing market and audience research
- Interaction with global marketing, digital, business development, hr, financial departments to develop existing processes and creating new ones
Company`s wishes:
- At least 5+ years of digital consumer marketing experience gained in a global company
- Strong data and analytical skills
- Advanced or higher English language level
- Experience of working with a mobile product
- Track record of effectively delivering multiple marketing projects in a very fast moving environment
- Strong project management experience (including agency management), campaign planning and execution
- Ability to develop market insights, marketing strategy and analyze campaign effectiveness
