Responsibilities:
- Lead the vision of Retail Unit and long range plan (5 years), strategies set development and execution
- Create the center of expertise of working with commercial clients (Pharmacy Chains) and pharmacists, gather insights of those 2 TAs and translating the insights in to action
- Building the data vision of working with Pharmacy Chains and pharmacists and enabling data collection, analysis and auctioning on data
- Responsible for Customer & Marketing strategies, annual operational plan development and implementation for the assigned Retail BU products portfolio
- Full Retail PnL ownership, re-validation of Go2Market model and resource allocation
- Team management and development
- Portfolio management and development, incl. life cycle management of base portfolio and initiation and management of new launches (brands, going in to new TAs)
- Cross-functional team management
Requirements:
- University degree, business/marketing education, pharma education will be an advantage
- From 5 years of successful experience with leading pharmaceutical/FMCG/Food company on a managerial position
- Proven record of accomplishment of building successful brands/portfolios and develop strong brand teams/marketeers
- P&L responsibility
- Omni-channel activation experience is important
- Result driven strategic thinker with perfect collaborative and influencing skills
- People management experience
- Fluent English
