AliExpress Russia is looking for Communication Specialist to support Seller Operations team in supporting and growing merchants on the platform.
Responsibilities:
Build strong and trustworthy relationships with sellers via all possible communication channels in order to increase engagement and overall awareness on new initiatives;
Manage communications with sellers in email, business site, social media and education platform;
Make sure seller interface language is correct and localized, find points of improvements;
Find own ways to impact business results with given set of tools;
Plan and develop new communication tools and processes.
Requirements:
Good writing skill is a must;
Understanding of product development and product operations;
Great soft skills and high level empathy;
Ability to understand complex system and present them in simple way;
Fluent English is a must.
