IKEA is looking for a Marketing Campaign Leader.
Need to have
• Previous management experience in a /commercial/ financial role with proven analytical and numerical skills;
• Formal qualifications in Marketing or equivalent;
• Experience in making complex market analyses and identifying local insights;
• Broad knowledge of project management;
• Broad knowledge of coordinating people within different disciplines to deliver to common goals and objectives;
• Understanding how to provide result of KPIs such regional visitation online/offline, local activation ROI, etc.
• Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in English, both written and spoken;
Tasks
• Act as a member of the Marketing team to secure synergy and proactively contribute to marketing country and regional plan/output
• Provide expert support for Regional Marketing managers in the development of the Marketing part of the Regional Penetration plan (PMA and SSA) for growth and brand positioning.
• Support Regional Markets in their specific regional marketing needs including market analyses, if any, within the scope of local marketing goals and objectives.
• Work cross-functionally with HF&RD, C&CI, Expansion and Communications colleagues in the implementation of new CMP’s marketing campaigns.
• Follow-up regional marketing budget and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns during and after execution in order to identify improvement areas.
• Contribute to professional competence development of Regional Marketing team to support country penetration agenda and connection with local insight.
