В IT-компанию Social Links ищут Market Research Specialist.
The company is looking for a professional who can study clients’ pain points and needs to support strategic decision-making and product development as well as discover new market opportunities and help to make our brand a leader on the market.
You will:
- Conduct market and competitive environment research, perform target audience segmentation, providing insights that support strategic decision-making
- Create and update comprehensive industry, competitor and customer models including, market share, growth projections and trends
- Perform systematic analysis of key industry trends, the general social economic and political environment, customers, current and potential competitors
- Elaborate regular customer satisfaction reporting and conduct customer development interviews
- Research new client niches and new market opportunities
- Work with external research agencies (Gartner, IDC, Forester, Frost & Sullivan) to ensure that our products are properly represented across the reposts and marketing analytics
Expectation from you:
- Have experience of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys etc.)
- Have strong analytical and critical thinking
- Know how to work in matrix and cross functional teams
- Interested in trends and new approaches, ready for change
- Speak fluently in English
Not mandatory, but will be a plus:
- Work experience in research agencies with a proven track record
- Additional language proficiency in Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, or Arabic
