A hyper-growth global software innovator is looking for an experienced and innovative Market Development Director to join their team of disruptors, trailblazers, innovators and risk-takers.

 

Main Responsibilities:
Responsible for driving and achieving sales targets in Russia (mobile focused)
Focus on the diagnostic selling process across your customer base by implementing all phases of the sales process at executive level and with the relevant decision makers. Complete within the specified deadlines to ensure value is created
Increase customer numbers by developing new business through new customer acquisition, through a process of:  Identifying and qualifying prospects through hunting
Focus on pipeline creation by constantly building relationships with new customers to maximise opportunities for revenue growth
Provide oversight of sales and make recommendations / solutions to growing revenues across the region
Implementation of the direct sales strategy across the region
Establish and retain relationships with new customers
Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
Meet monthly KPI’s to achieve the defined customer contact plan identified for your area of responsibility
Maintain a high level of quality service to your customers.

 

Mandatory Requirements / Qualifications
Sound knowledge of Russian Market as a whole
5 -10 years of successful sales/business development experience in a browser type business environment with a focus on the mobile space
Demonstrated ability to be able to deliver on high value complex sales across a range of verticals
Have high attention to detail, possess an ability to multi-task and work well under pressure, be a critical and strategic thinker and be self-motivated / proactive
Autonomous and entrepreneurial in nature and in business approach
Highly analytical with an ability to articulate a storyline
Ability to work in a very fast-paced and dynamic environment
Flexible with working hours, and happy to travel if required
Be able to demonstrate you have delivered high value complex sales across a range of verticals.
