В международную фармкомпанию Sandoz требуется Market Access and Pricing Manager.
Role statement:
Lead preparation of dossier, relevant documents for Sandoz products inclusion/exclusion to/from EDL list, manages process of EDL price registration and indexation.
Leads strategic partnership projects (market access, localization, and distribution), including market screening, business case preparation, negotiations, due diligence support, internal approval.
Accountabilities:
- Drives decisions related to patient access strategy at a local level (e.g., formulate an overall strategy for market access for current and future portfolio, prepare an operation plan to include / exclude molecule to/from EDL list, follow all regulatory updates and adjust patient access plans accordingly)
- Establishes and maintains a strong professional network within the Federal /Regional and local Government authorities (MOH, FAS, RZN), Healthcare providers to anticipate and influence legislative P&R trends
- Outlines and executes pricing strategies for portfolio and pipeline molecules
- Manages strategic partnership projects with local companies including business case assessment, leading negotiations, partner selection, agreement signing
- Utilizes insights from cross-functional teams and market research to launch, develop and implement high-quality Patient Access strategic and operational plans
- Communicates relevant changes and trends in local health policy environment and Patient Access activities of new competitors to the cross-functional team
- Negotiates and conducts (& understands from commercial point of view) tender/deals with the Regional team
- Creates and work with the Region/Franchise to agree Business Cases for biosimilar pipeline
You would be a good match for this role, if you have:
- Practical experience in (a) inclusion / exclusion of molecules to/from EDL list, and (b) price indexation process
- Network with federal / regional authorities, pharma / Gx associations and ability to gauge relevant insights to influence Sandoz market access strategy
- Detailed knowledge of reimbursement processes and commercial principles in Russia with knowledge of federal law that govern EDL molecules
- Proven ability to develop trust-based relationships with key regional stakeholders
- Proven record of strategic partnership negotiation with practical experience of assessing business cases
- Candidate will have an advantage if has financial literacy (e.g., knowledge of corporate finance, ability to compile business cases for prospective molecules)
