Обязанности:

• Set up the company according to the business plan;
• Manage acquisition of local Governmental agencies` permits;
• Control the construction process of the training center according to the franchisor and FFS manufacturer`s requirements;
• Align the company`s internal processes according to the commercial needs of the stakeholders and the franchisor;
• Actively approach target customers` decision makers, representing the organization in various public events and fairs;
• Select and hire key employees;
• Ensure timely adaptation (localization) of training documentation;
• Handle the training center and training equipment licensing processes;
• Expand social business network among clients, local suppliers and other stakeholders related to the training center;
• Open the BAA Training center;
• Report to the Board;
• Execute and develop the company.

Требования:

• Business and result driven mindset and understanding in Sales, Marketing, PR and Finance management;
• Successful experience in running/executing green-field projects;
• Proven record of work with technical engineering, construction documentation;
• Construction project management skills;
• Deep understanding how to deal with Chinese governmental organizations (in all levels) in order to reach set targets (or at least strong willingness to get to know and cope with);
• The-hands-on type of mindset of rolling up sleeves and doing the job with a small team unit the start-up kicks off;
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Fluency in English;
• Knowledge of Chinese language and cultural peculiarities (preferable).
