We are searching for talented individuals and expert who wish to help us to bring about change and shape the future when it comes to developing and expanding our international business. myWorld International, the headquarters of which are based in London, serves about 140 subsidiaries of the myWorld group of companies and is the operator of the Cashback World, the biggest Shopping Community in the world. To enhance our team in Moscow, Russia and starting immediately, we are currently seeking a Managing Director.

 

Responsibilities

Construct an attractive Loyalty Merchant network for Cashback World members
To both continuously and successfully manage relations with the Loyalty Merchants to ensure long term and valuable cooperation
To both continuously and successfully manage relations with Cashback World members to improve local offices’ standards of service
Maintain excellent relations with Lyconet Marketers, in particular with Senior presidents, and align with their countries’ marketing strategies
Identify and negotiate with the relevant key accounts departments
Provide local marketers with comprehensive support, offering, in particular, explanations of the Lyconet business model
Instruct Marketers on how to promote the business responsibly, with due regard for the Code of Ethics and other governing documents.
Provide onboarding support for SME Loyalty Merchants introduced by Merchant Marketers
Strive at all times to enhance the brand values of Lyconet , the superior networking marketing business
Implement control methods or other corporate guidelines and process according to the instructions of myWorld International and Lyconet International
Manage subsidiaries according to the nation state’s legislation and regulations and ensure that all the documentation and processes are in accordance with the nation state’s legislation
Creation of monthly interim reports, as well as monthly action plans, to secure and promote economic success

 

Qualifications

University degree in economics, sales or comparable education or experience
Experience in a comparable position at international operating companies
Strong experience in loyalty programs and outstanding knowledge of retailer business
Strong international experience in the field of sales, business development, key account, and business management in the sphere of B2B
Entrepreneurial spirit and passion for economics and trends
Readiness and capacity to manage change
Entrepreneur mindset Future-oriented and forward-looking thinking
Strong result-, solution- and customer-oriented mind-set
Willingness to put words into action and inspire all stakeholders
Ability to drive results, develop and implement strategies
Highly professional manner, perfect presentation skills, persuasiveness and proactivity
Intercultural competence
Foreign language skills: excellent English, German optional
Degree of willingness to travel
