Objective:
Continue exponential Growth business in Russia through unique positioning, strategic partnerships and excellence in client experience.
Key Results:
Review current structure and create 3 year strategy to maximise the value of the Russian business
Establish KPIs for all team members and provide resources, support and guidance to execute them
Streamlining client related processes and improve current metrics
Select and establish strategic partnerships with partners in key areas
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company’s business strategies in order to attain the goals of the CEO
- Provide strategic advice to the CEO to have accurate view of the market and the company’s future
- Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities
- Ensure company wide clear communication
- Oversee the company’s Russia related financial performance
- Act as the public speaker and public relations representative of the company in ways that strengthen its profile
- Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth
Requirements:
- 3+ years in MD/Commercial Director/Senior director role (Health — business preferred )
- Bachelor degree/ Master Degree in Medical or Health related field preferred
- Startup development Experience
- International business or educational experience incl. USA and Asia markets
- Health Conscious / Active lifestyle
- English — absolute must
