Key Challenges:
Enhance the Business Unit commercial capabilities, increasing focus on Key Account Management and in line with South-East Europe Region Strategy plan.
Set compelling vision and mission for the Management Team taking all necessary steps to fulfill the strategic growth plan.
Promote engagement and empowerment through an inspirational, inclusive and winning spirit mindset.
Main Activities:
Achievement of strategic, operational and financial figures
Development and deployment of local business strategy
Strengthen New Installations sales and Maintenance business in key defined locations
Increase efficiency, productivity and cost effectiveness
Organizational development towards Leadership and Team Spirit
Actively look for an extension of market opportunities
Continuous development of the Management Team and staff members
Ensure compliance with Code of Conduct, Quality Policy of Schindler, Safety & Health Policy of Schindler and all other technical and commercial norms .
Be an active member of the Regional Management Committee and support to further develop the entire South-East Europe Business
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related area
Comprehensive expertise in management and leadership
5-10 years of experience in a comparable profile (e.g. CEO / Business Unit with P&L responsibility in Construction Equipment/ Services / Automation or related industry).
Strong background in sales and fulfilment process.
