Global manufacturer of thermoplastic products SIMONA Group is looking for a Managing Director.
Responsibilities:
- Management of the SIMONA national sales company SIMONA RUS in Russia, based in Moscow
- Continuous development of SIMONA's market position in Russia, customer satisfaction and profitability
- Review and, if necessary, adjustment of overall strategy
- Responsibility for SIMONA RUS products, customer and pricing policy
- Ensuring solvency and continuous monitoring of cash flows
- Team leadership of Customer Services and field service
- Assumption and control of administrative-operational activities such as margin control, open items, price lists for dealers, calculation of projects, reporting to headquarters
- Management of the external service provider for administrative activities such as payroll accounting, etc.
Qualifications:
- Several years of experience in a comparable position, in sales or business development as well as experience in managing employees
- Experience in the plastics processing industry desirable
- High degree of motivation, willingness to perform and ability to work in a team
- Independent, reliable and self-reliant working style and a high degree of customer orientation
- Good knowledge of MS Office, SAP knowledge advantageous
- Very good knowledge of German, Russian and English
- Intercultural competence
