International Bank for Economic Cooperation is looking for candidates for the vacancy of Managing Director, Settlement Operations Division.

 

Duties and Accountabilities

Management of the Cash Management product group, management of the Division.
Sales and promotion of Cash Management products to customers in the member countries of the Bank, as well as to customers of other jurisdictions within the framework of settlements under international contracts with residents of the member countries of the Bank.
Development of new products related to cash management (Internet banking, electronic channels, liquidity management products, etc.).
Initiation of transactions.
Work with legal documents in terms of cash management products, cash management.
Preparation of responses and suggestions to customer inquiries.
Expert support in terms of liquidity management products and related products (accounts, payments, client bank, etc.).
Formalization of business requirements for new solutions and initiation of requests related to the modification of existing proposals.
Acting as a product owner and providing expert support for their part of the products in the framework of communications with the IT development team.
Consulting clients about the possibilities and features of the products.
Provision of support and expert assistance in relation to products and solutions for money management to account managers, participation in joint meetings with clients.
Market analysis and adaptation of the Bank’s pricing policy within the competence of the department.
Participation in budgeting.
Assessment of the possible positive / negative impact of new initiatives on income.
Аchievement of performance indicators within the position.

 

Selection Criteria

Higher education: financial, economic / information technology.
Experience in the banking sector — at least 5 years.
Developed sales skills, presentations, communication skills.
Skills of teamwork, with the ability to work independently.
Initiative in solving problems and in performing analytical work.
Developed organizational skills.
Resistance to stress, ability to work in multitasking mode.
Oral and written English (C1 — upper intermediate and above).
Russian language — fluency.
Advanced user of MS Office and specialized information platforms.
