The Russian subsidiary is reporting directly to the Germany based EMEA Board Russia is considered a high potential business, with constant growth throughout the past years
Russia is generating high double-digit million Dollar revenues, with over 120 employees
Your Main Tasks
Heading all administrational business functions in Russia, incl. Finance, HR, Legal and supervising the Russian production site, close to Moscow
Simultaneously heading the legal entity in Russia, incl. compliance management topics
Leading the full operational business together with the Commercial Director
Reporting to the regional EMEA Business HQ and VP, located in Germany
Internal stakeholder management with various corporate functions in the EMEA leadership board (e.g. VPs for Finance, Legal, HR, other), located in Germany
External stakeholder management with local and official authorities in Russia, supervising and steering all relevant public and government relations
Organizational and cultural development to create synergies within the organization and between the business units

Your Profile
Modern leadership personality with cross-functional general management skills and pronounced social skills, being able to drive change and to foster a motivating environment
Experience in large multinational organisations with matrix set ups and international reporting lines
Management expertise either as Finance Director and/or Managing Director, both in the Russian market, incl. P&L management
Experience with working in a Russian infrastructure, in managing governmental relations and relevant official authorities
Russian language skills on native speaker level and very good English language skills are mandatory
Working experience in a large German corporation would be beneficial
Academic background in Business Administration/Economics, preferably with an international business school certificate.
