We are looking for a Managing Director for bioniq Russia.
The objective of the position aligns with bioniq’s values aimed at representing the brand and growing the business within the Russian market.
Key results of the success of this role will be quantified by the quality and development of strategic partnerships, operational excellence that ensure the clients successful journeys as well as the adaptation of bioniq’s global marketing and communication strategies to the Russian market.
A hands-on approach with a “team-first” mentality is an absolute must, alongside the desire to challenge yourself and the team competing on a daily basis.
Requirements:
— Bachelor degree or higher (health related degree is a plus but not a must)
— 3+ years Director level (COO, CRO, CMO, Biz Dev, Partnerships etc.) — preferably in Health/Medicine, Services, E-commerce, Sports
— Multi-divisional management experience
— Client Service and B2B Team management and development
— Data driven decision making capabilities
— International Experience
— Excellent English — absolute must
— Health curious and conscious / personal lifestyle en brand with bioniq
Location: Moscow (office location on Patriarchy Prudy/Metro: Pushkinskaya) with regular visits to London HQ
Direct report: COO (London based)
Compensation structure: Adjusted to candidate’s profile and fit with future adaptation to the business growth levels. Long Term Incentives can be an option.
