The Russian chess school is looking for a sports chess camp manager in Dubai (minimum 1 camp per month). The direction has been successfully existing in Russia for more than 10 years, in Dubai we are launching from “0”. Sales and marketing in Russia, the rest of the business processes need to be built in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
• primary organization of the process of chess camps: selection of the venue for the shifts, teams on the spot.
• Implementation of turnkey activities. Proposing ideas for improving programs based on the specifics of the audience;
• Search for partners among hotels and venues for events;
• Customer support (contract, attendance records, payment control, information support);
• Search for partners among schools, children's clubs and studios, assistance to the marketing department in the development of the product "on the spot";
• Maintaining a quality service with clients, communicating in person, by phone, consulting on services, maintaining parental chats and groups, calling and sending out information on camps / camps, announcements, preparing booklets of events;
• Maintaining internal documentation, compiling reports, attendance and payments for children, tables;
• Order food, households. and stationery, their accounting and inventory, timely replenishment, interaction with suppliers;
• Interaction with marketing specialists, participation in the promotion of services and activities aimed at increasing sales;
• Hiring additional staff, if necessary;
• Solving current issues that arise with clients and teachers, monitoring the smooth and high-quality work of employees - observing regime moments, cleanliness, order, an atmosphere of hospitality and comfort.
Requirements:
• Experience in building business processes / developing a direction from 0 in the field of event management or in the educational field;
• Knowledge of English at a conversational level (not lower than B2);
• You have an understanding of the way of life in the UAE, know where to make purchases and search for business space with favorable conditions for the company's tasks, and also know which platforms to use for hiring staff;
• Experience in children's institutions from 2 years, as an advantage;
• Experience in organizing turnkey commercial events for children;
• Customer orientation, the ability to find an approach to each client, resolve conflict situations, work with objections and achieve results.
• Knowledge of business ethics rules
