Ensures an optimal and sustainable IT telecom service delivery which meets or exceeds business expectations in all aspects of Danone’s businesses in CIS through pro-active leadership and management of IT objectives of IT Telecom team, keeping and improving dedicated knowledge and skills and high execution in Telecom team, providing most efficient and modern IT architectures as apert of strategy.
In this role you will have the following responsibilities:
- Develops and implements high availably modern telecom infrastructure fitting to business needs Danone CIS including local networks, global networks, security firewalls (internal add border) VPN and outside connections all related services and solutions guided by the “always on” principle and considering and overcoming restrictions in CIS
- Ensures high quality of telecom service for Danone CIS efficiently managing, controlling, leading, and developing IT telecom team, establishing and efficient managing outside services related to telecom to meet internal SLAs and KPIs
- Manages internal and external suppliers and other resources, operational and capital expenditures to ensure smooth IT service delivery at the CIS level (100 MRub budget impact). Builds and manages IT budget related to telecom
- Develops, improves, and manages IT standards in telecom on CIS level
- Be the key IT SPOC with the key stakeholders in all global activities related to telecom at CIS level to provide secured and efficient solutions
Strategic impact:
- Develops and implements IT strategic in telecom for CIS as apart of overall IT strategy
- Defines IT standards for equipment, solutions, and services in telecom on CIS level
- Defines rules of working for IT Telecom team in line with overall approach in IT and requirements to IT staff
Managerial complexity:
- Manages all telecom infrastructure in CIS including more then 100 sites connected to 2 DCs in high availability mode, 170 routers, 700 switches, high availability WiFi network with more then 500 access points supporting roaming, more then 200 telecom channels, international connections to CIS countries, outside business-critical services
- Manages IT telecom team with 5 high skilled telecom specialists
- Manages telecom equipment on all Danone sites
- Responsible for telecom services for all Danone users (7000)
- Accountable for annual budget of 100 MRub
Impact on business:
- Directly impacts business continuity on CIS level by managing critical elements of IT landscape
- Directly impacts to business result providing high availability IT telecom infrastructure and services which are preventing business interruptions from any internal and external reason
