Drinkit is a new format of coffee houses with sincere service, high-quality author's coffee and a convenient application where you can customize the drink to your taste and order it in advance. We are developing within the framework of a large international company DODO Brands. The center of our coffee houses is sincere service for our guests and high-quality author's coffee at affordable prices. We are only at the very beginning of our journey, but we have already opened 5 coffee houses in Moscow and 1 in Samara, and we are opening the first coffee house in Dubai!
If you are passionate about coffee, love to communicate with people, want to learn how to make cool drinks and work in a modern company - then this vacancy is for you;) We are looking for a Coffee House Leader who will help start the processes and will be ready for the growth of the area of responsibility along with the growth of our business
What is to be done:
- Organize the work of the team (setting and monitoring goals, feedback);
- Adapt and train new employees;
- Manage purchases and inventory;
- Control cash discipline and financial reporting;
- Maintain document flow;
- Work with metrics;
- Supervise the operation of the premises and maintenance of equipment;
- Engage in cost planning, work with cost, labor costs.
What we expect from you:
- Do you know Dubai food market,
- You are fluent in English and establish contacts with guests,
- Do you already have experience in a chain coffee shop as a manager?
- You know how to work with spreadsheets and analyze results
- Focus on business goals
- Ready to lead a passionate team, able to take responsibility for the overall result;
- Ability to work effectively in a peer-to-peer environment;
- You have the skill of critical thinking - we make informed decisions and share what should be done well now and what can be improved later;
- Ability to listen, accept and give honest feedback;
- You are not afraid of difficulties, you are ready to work in conditions of uncertainty and strive to climb the career ladder
