В международный сервис пассажирских перевозок inDriver требуется Manager for Running Project.
Задачи:
- Coordination of a project to support running events in the countries where the inDrive is present. Responsibilities include all stages: researching the running community in the focus countries, finding organizers of the races, presenting project, identifying opportunities for cooperation and organizing it
- In organizing each race, we need to: determine the need for financial support, make sure the partner is suitable, discuss all the details, think over the work plan and control its implementation
- It will be necessary to work with local indrive teams, coordinate the project budget, draw up the necessary documentation
- After the event - analyze its results, prepare a report
- Coordinate the work of covering the project in social networks and on the website (a copywriter, designer and smm manager will help, but you need to be prepared for self-preparation of materials)
- Communication with potential project partners and search for local sponsors
Требования:
- Experience as a project manager, which means the ability to structure tasks, plan working hours, budgets, make independent decisions
- Multitasking and responsibility (during the launch period, you need to keep many processes in your hands)
- Willingness to communicate a lot with the organizers of running events and other interested parties (lack of complexity of verbal and written communication in large volumes)
- Experience with documentation (contracts, acts, invoices) - company works with a large number of contractors in different countries and this should be taken calmly
- A fairly high level of computer literacy: be ready to make a spreadsheet in Excel, organize folders in Google Docs, conduct a survey through Survey Monkey, organize meeting schedules through Calendy, etc.
- Very good level of English (all communication with contractors will be in English), knowledge of other languages is an advantage
- Will be an advantage: experience in organizing sports events, especially running. Experience in races, regular jogging
- High level of emotional involvement in the project and inDrive values
