Emirates Group currently has a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Digital Learning professional to join Learning and Talent Team. In this role you will be responsible for transforming the employee experience by placing digital at the heart of our solutions and making learning accessible anywhere, anytime. In addition to this you will create a centre of digital expertise offering best practice solutions and support.

 

Job Outline:

 

  • Drive the digital learning strategy of the Emirates Group, in alignment with business requirements
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of the digital learning road map that articulates the future direction and strategic focus of Learning & Talent
  • Manage proof of concept and learning technology pilots
  • Collaborate closely with Experience Enablement, Talent Optimisation, Organisational Effectiveness and Strategic Partnerships, in order to oversee and manage all research, development and implementation efforts of the Group's Digital Learning Experience
  • Proactively manage stakeholders and partner with global technology vendors to ensure effective implementation of our solution
  • Provide expert advice and counsel, as required, to the business and HR on digital learning opportunities and emerging trends
  • Lead, manage, mentor and develop a team. Foster a collaborative, high-performance, friendly and passionate team environment to ensure the development and retention of critical talent within Emirates

 

Qualifications

 

  • Human Resources. Training : 10+ Years
  • Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent)
  • Minimum Bachelor's level qualification in a related field, preferably within Organisational Psychology or equivalent,
  • Masters level qualification would be an asset
  • Experience of progressive leadership experience in e-learning and learning platforms management Knowledge/skills
  • Experience implementing learning platforms and applications
  • Experience building/expanding Digital Learning capability
  • Able to critically evaluate current technological trends in digital learning and assimilate relevant global best practises into the Groups learning strategy for maximum impact to employee experience
  • Able to use initiative and take responsibility with a positive can-do attitude to deliver effective results
  • Self-motivated with an intellectual curiosity, a strong growth mindset and the desire to constantly improve
  • Able to form effective relationships with executives and senior leaders
  • A strong leader of people and teams
  • An excellent team player
  • Strong in relationship management and engagement with external consultants
  • Excellent in facilitation and communication skills, exceptional at collaboration and influence across all levels of an organisation
  • A critical thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to analyse data and create meaningful conclusions which will inform the business
  • A desire to continually seek out opportunities for improvement, efficiencies and innovation in your organisational eco-system
