Job Description
Align business direction and find out current business painpoint to lead and drive for solution to make business, operational change in terms of higher efficiency, better seller & buyer experience.
Define logistics and business process and cooperate with product & tech team to achieve within committed timeline with priority control.
Owner of seller & buyer experience and business result, to initiate solution, business plan to drive solution achievement and related team for targeted business KPI.
Cooperate with all cross function teams to drive for solution on operational excellence.
Qualifications:
Understands the Product Development approach and Basic WMS, TMS, ERP system working principle.
Experienced in ecommerce logistics industry and well understanding of logistics market & competitor’s service capacity.
Experienced in ecommerce logistics process design as well as seller/buyer product design.
Sensitive business acumen.
Critical thinker with excellent judgment.
Result & excellence oriented.
Strong initiatives with self-driven for target.
Sound problem resolution and ability to embrace changes.
Skills Requirements:
Excellent project management skills with priorities balance.
Strong collaboration across multiple groups and business partner skills, including excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent presentation skills.
Good data analytical skill is preferred; SQL.
