Responsibilities:
Lead or support commercial and logistics projects by working with assortment managers and operation team to achieve desired results within expected timeline
Own and drive successful execution of analytical and operations tasks and projects
Track and analyse key operational performance metrics and business result, initiate necessary actions and tasks to improve them
Initiate and implement the business process and system flow improvement, for both front end and backend
Supply Chain System operation and optimisation, including sales forecasting, replenishment, inventory planning and balance.
Requirements:
At least 5 years of working experience in eCommerce logistics field with track record.
Hard-working, result-oriented, optimistic, adaptive, team spirit is must.
Experienced in project management, strong cross functions cooperation and alignment skills.
Good business acumen and judgement, out of box thinking.
Familiar with budgeting, CAPEX, OPEX planning, business simulation.
English: upper intermediate; Chinese is plus.
