Job responsibilities:
- Analysis of profitability of the bank's current and potential credit products
- Development of new credit products
- Optimization of conditions and tariffs
- Review of current credit processes
- Formation of indicative-analytical reporting on credit processes
- Work on new projects of the bank
- Writing functional requirements for current and target processes
- Interaction with external contractors (vendors, partners, Central Bank, etc.)
Required Qualifications and skillset:
- Good knowledge of a Russian language (business communication and writing)
- Proficiency in Microsoft office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook)
- Analytic mindset
- Understanding the basics of financial reporting (PL, BS)
- General understanding of banking (credit, passive operations and other banking products)
