В Aviasales требуется Lifecycle Marketing Lead.
Travelpayouts is looking for a proactive Lifecycle Marketing Lead to build, optimize, and deploy the marketing and lifecycle campaigns. This position will be responsible for owning the full scope of the customer communication process — from building emails to designing customer journey flows, to deploying and measuring the campaigns. This role requires a unique combination of analytical and creative chops. You'll dive deep into customer data to optimize when/where/how the company interacts with each of the unique customers, collaborate with the product team to create new customer touchpoints and work with the content teams to develop on-brand messaging for each channel.

- Develop and execute a lifecycle marketing strategy to increase nurturing, retention, and engagement
- Create and implement personalized messaging across various channels (email, push notifications, messenger, etc.)
- Own campaign development, setup, QA and reporting to drive key business objectives (e.g., increase CR to paid user, upsell/cross-sell)
- Identify trends and develop new insights in customer communications, recommend/execute responses to optimize campaign performance, customer value and retention
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other Marketing teams (Product Marketing, Content, Influencer, Demand Generation) Design, Product to deliver compelling new personalized customer journeys
- Support initiatives like demand gen and influencer campaigns, product launches, and events by building cross-channel communication around each
- Manage 1 direct report manager with opportunity to grow the team
Ожидания от кандидата:
- 4+ years of experience in email or lifecycle marketing
- 2+ years of experience managing email or lifecycle marketing department
- Experience owning all Communications and development of Campaigns
- Experience as a Content Marketing Manager, Copywriter or similar role
- Experience leveraging a complex marketing automation/CRM system. Ideal Mindbox
- Deep knowledge in customer segmentation and list management
- Highly effective working cross-functionally
- Excellent communication in person and online who is an avid sharer of findings and actionable insights
- Growth mindset, agile hands-on approach to work, ability to generate and test ideas
- Data analysis and Business Intelligence skills
- Customer journey mapping and customers segmentation skills
- Fluency in English required
- Basic knowledge of HTML is a plus
- Experience working within a B2B or SaaS company — a plus
