Microsoft is looking for a Partner Sales Executive who will drive business performance.

 

Responsibilities
Understand the channel landscape and lead the discussion on genuine challenges. Address and respond to genuine attach opportunities by working with internal channel sales teams, Marketing and CELA to develop strategies and execution plans.
Sales Leadership ( Revenue and Activations Results : Work with channel sales leaders to land and implement Genuine plans and drive sell-through of genuine Windows-based devices through Distributors, MNAs, Named, Retail
Get deep business insights about the genuine and anti-piracy landscape in the Region, distribution of non-genuine software and services, total addressable market, profitabiliy models.
Develop genuine growth plans that align across channels Microsoft’s genuine software objectives for CEE and EMEA.
Present Microsoft’s genuine software value proposition to channel partners, building strong channel competence and extending the genuine commitment across the IT ecosystem.
Generate compelling opportunities for channel partners to focus on the value of Microsoft products and Windows devices anchored on the importance of Security and Privacy.
Be the CDS subject matter expert on maters of Anti-piracy, Security, GDPR and Privacy.
Partnering with GSMO to drive Internal readiness for Right Licensing and Partnering with OCP for Genuine and Right Licensing partner Readiness
Act as Project Manager for all AP initiatives in CEE ( Sunrise, 360 GAG, PS Tender monitoring, etc ) and coach and keep fields teams accountable on execution milestones
Work with the channel sales leaders to incorporate genuine Windows device + Microsoft software commitments into the account plans of channel partners.

 

Qualifications
University degree required, MBA preferred
7- 10+ years of experience in channel management, sales and business development in the technology industry.
Previous experience in devices sales, OEM Channels and services with knowledge in marketing strategy is desired.
Sales Results Oriented and sales management preferred
Strong understanding of IT distribution, MNA/Named and reseller channel business models incl. economics and profitability of Devices + Services
Strong industry knowledge, including: devices (PCs, Tablets, Servers, Internet of Things, new categories), Cloud solution and competitive environment
Excellent grasp of business fundamentals, channel development, business planning and excellence in execution
Able to build a go to market plan to address piracy issues
Executive maturity to develop strong relationship across all levels at Partners and at Microsoft
Project Management skills and v-teams leadership; experience on regional roles
Strong communications (story telling, plan synthesizing, etc )
Strong cross group collaboration stills and entrepreneurial spirit
