Knowledge and technical skills:
- Information collection and analysis methods and techniques
- Good report writing skills
- Strong knowledge and working experience with PC
- Russian – native/fluent, English – advanced/fluent (both oral and written)
Education and experience:
- Graduates of 2018-2019 years preferably in Economics, Finance, Math or Business Administration / future graduates of 2020-2021 years preferably in Economics, Finance, Math or Business Administration
- MBA / ACCA / CPA / CFA papers passed is an advantage
- Work experience in management consulting is an advantage
Soft skills:
- Established communication skills
- Strong team player
- Ability to operate in multitask environment
- Business writing skills (both in Russia and in English)
