Head of business process management office reviews and develops, implements and documents standardised business process solutions in LENTA to ensure operational efficiency, compliance and control; establish a governance model for a standardised business process framework as well as its maintenance.

We would like to speak to you, if you are…:

·      A master’s degree with working knowledge of Lean thinking, systems, and tools

·      Have relevant advanced level skills or certification, e.g. Six Sigma, Kaizen, Scrum etc., would be a distinct advantage.

·      Have minimum 5 years of working experience.

·      Have experience from working in a large organization.

·      Ready to learn quickly across different departments and functions

·      Have great people skills, strong in verbal and written communication

Key roles and responsibilities:

·      Working closely and in tandem with relevant functions in LENTA the incumbent owns application of a business systems management methodology

·      Identifying best and/or good practices already in place and deployment where possible of standardized processes and policies through focus on continued improvements

·      Leads work in defining, documenting and implementing new business processes and policies

·      Assists and leads functions in LENTA in planning and executing business process documentation, establishing procedures for maintenance and updating, to ensure business process consistency as well as continued improvement

·      Assist in establishing performance KPIs

·      Developing standards of performance that are based on process innovation

·      Establish and chair a Process Advisory Board.
