Key responsibilities:
- Providing legal support on various issues (primarily in the area of Corporate and M&A)
- Drafting legal documents (resolutions, SHA, SPA, etc.)
- Assisting on corporate restructuring and other corporate procedures
- Providing support to management in the engagement planning and management process
- Negotiations with clients and counterparties
- Participation in due diligence projects
Requirements:
- University degree in law or last year at university
- Legal experience and/or in-house legal practice with major companies, experience in the Corporate law within a Big 4 company or a law firm is a competitive advantage
- Fundamental knowledge of Russian and international law; understanding of basic concepts of English law;
- English – full working proficiency, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
- Positive attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team, meet challenges
- Good client service skills
Please note, the internship is on an unpaid basis for the probationary period (three months). After successfully completing the probationary period, you will be hired as a junior lawyer.
