In this role, you will report directly to the VP Legal while leading and guiding a team of subordinates. Objectives:
- Take on the responsibility for ensuring comprehensive legal support to the company's operational activities, handling claims and litigations, compliance matters, and intellectual property
- Offer expert legal counsel and guidance to the company's various business units, covering a wide range of legal issues within your domain
- Shape and align corporate policies and procedures in accordance with the highest legal standards
- Exercise vigilant oversight over the legal aspects of the company's foreign purchasing activities, ensuring strict compliance with trade regulations
- Play a pivotal role in providing adept legal assistance for major projects encompassing construction and procurement
