Main accountabilities:
- Overall support of business activities with the focus on HR relations
- Internal processes compliance (policies, orders, regulations relevant to the supported scope)
- Contractual work: drafting, revision, approval and negotiation of contracts
- Leading related projects, conducting internal trainings
- Participating in arbitration and litigation
- Representation in the industry associations in relation to respective legislative initiatives
Requirements:
- Top tier university degree in law
- 3+ years of working job-related experience in international legal department and\or law firm
- Excellent knowledge of civil, labor, administrative laws, civil procedure and arbitration rules
- English (at least upper intermediate level, both written and verbal)
- Strong presentation and communicational skills, organizational, analytical and negotiation skills
- Readiness to travel up to 5% of working time
