Ericsson is searching for a Legal Counsel.
In this role you will:
Draft, review and approve agreements and other legal documents
Provide legal advice to internal partners to support efficient business activities
Support compliance with laws, regulations and internal policies and directives
Build legal training plan, consultations or professional analysis on different corporate and commercial topics
Manage disputes resolutions and external counsel where needed
Act as a specialist for wide range of legal questions
To be successful in the role you must have:
Academic degree in Law
Solid experience as a corporate legal counsel or similar (10+ years). Experience in Telecom/IT will be an advantage
Commercial background and business understanding
Experience of complex tenders, contracting, sales and sourcing
Solid local laws and regulations as well as have international business law knowledge, experience from a multi-national company is an advantage
Experience of drafting and discussing IPR clauses and an understanding of IPR related matters linked to software and hardware
Knowledge of trade compliance regulations
Excellent English and native Russian speaker
Good presentation, education and communication skills, readiness to deal with different level of partners and lead discussions on the highest level
