Duties
Responsible for organizing the system of legal support for International commercial transactions of the Group;
Responsible for the implementation, compliance and control of corporate rules, procedures, policies, regulations and recommendations determined by the Civil Code for the conduct and support of international commercial transactions;
Responsible for the proper execution of contractual relations in the framework of international commercial operations of the Group;
Responsible for the Group’s compliance with the sanctions legislation in international commercial transactions;
Provides corporate support for the Group’s foreign trading companies;
Provides the management of claims arising from the activities of foreign trading companies of the Group;
Responsible for compliance with the sanctions laws when concluding and executing contracts in the framework of the Group’s international business operations.
Requirements
5+ years in Legal practice;
Experience in support of international trade contracts (GAFTA, FOSFA);
Higher education;
Proficiency in English (Russian language is a benefit).
