Vivid Money — это онлайн-приложение с банковскими услугами.
As part of our team, you will:
Assistance in legal assessment for launching Vivid Money products in EU and EEA jurisdictions;
Coordinate incorporation of legal entities/ branches/subsidiaries if required for the launch;
Assistance in documents preparation for specific authorities in order to get certain status.
Coordination of external lawyers support — starting with engaging them, paying invoices and sending team requests with further analysis;
Assistance in legal assessment for launching Vivid Money products;
Legal and quasi-legal documents drafting, consistent update of these documents;
NDAs, engagement letters review;
Maintenance of all legal repositories, incl. but not limited to corporate documents, memoranda for various requests, internal product documentation and etc.
Assistance to other teams with legal/paralegal paperwork;
Arranging notary appointments when needed.
We’ll be happy to have you on our team if you:
Hands-on experience in drafting various legal and corporate documents for at least a year;
Fluency in spoken and written English, Second European language is an advantage;
Great communication skills;
Attention to detail, ability to work on multiple tasks under time pressure;
Experience in legal consulting is an advantage.
