OWLL GENERAL TRADING LLC is an actively growing international trading company that deals with the exportation, brokerage, and international trading of different products operating in the business hub of Dubai, UAE.
Tasks:
- Draft and negotiate a wide range of contracts (trade contracts, agency contracts, NDA, LOI, LOU, MOU, shareholders agreements, share purchase agreements)
- Conduct legal studies and provide legal advice regarding company’s business projects
- Access and monitor regulatory, contractual, anti-corruption, sanctions risks, propose solutions to mitigate such risks
- Interaction with local authorities and Free zones regarding registration and various requests
- Preparation of corporate documentation (minutes of board, resolutions, extension of the powers of the Directors etc.), corporate housekeeping
- Preparation of powers of attorney, interaction with notaries
- Contribute to the development of appropriate tools and processes for business and its legal support (templates, guidelines, enhancement of knowledge) and to the development of document management
Requirements:
- Postgraduate/master’s degree in business law
- Minimum 5 years PQE with experience in international trade
- Experience in Middle East region will be an advantage
- Languages: English and Russian required
- Responsiveness, flexibility, autonomy, sense of initiative
