A group of trading companies that carries out large wholesale deliveries of industrial goods to mining enterprises is looking for a legal adviser with knowledge of English. Workplace in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
- Support and structuring of companies in several foreign jurisdictions.
- Building holding and other ownership structures.
- Tax planning.
- Preparation, analysis, approval of contracts, additional agreements (appendices, specifications) in the electronic document management system.
- Preparation, approval, registration (if necessary) of corporate documents and internal regulatory documents.
- Claims, lawsuits, enforcement proceedings.
- Interaction with government and regulatory authorities.
- Advising departments of the company on labor, tax, administrative, civil, currency legislation.
Requirements:
- Higher legal education.
- Work experience of 5 years in international trading, manufacturing, holding companies.
- Knowledge of international trade and corporate law.
- Experience in building ownership schemes.
- Knowledge of legal bases.
- Knowledge of English law.
- Proficiency in English at an advanced level.
- Knowledge of French is desirable (not required, but would be an advantage).
- Business communication skills (written and oral).
Terms:
- Workplace in Dubai (modern office in the city center).
- Provision of a work visa, employment in accordance with the labor legislation of the UAE.
- 5 day work week from Mon. by Fri. from 8:00 to 17:00.
- Payment for moving, renting an apartment (within the limit of $ 1,700, for employees with a family - $ 2,000).
