The Global Learning team is looking for a Learning Partner to identify learning needs and deliver scalable, high-quality global learning programs. The role focuses on designing, deploying, and continuously improving learning initiatives based on data-driven insights.
Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with functional and regional stakeholders across the organization to identify learning needs and collaborate with team-members to build and deliver learning initiatives
- Partner with leaders, HRBPs and HR Managers to identify learning needs | Co-create learning solutions | Advise on optimal learning interventions
- Create and manage global learning programs, ensuring program quality, effectiveness, consistency and scalability
- Continuously drive program improvements based on quantitative and qualitative data
- Global program design and deployment | Program performance monitoring and reporting
Qualifications:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or a similar role
- Experience managing global learning programs, including design, implementation, and evaluation
- Skills & Competencies: Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner effectively with leaders, HRBPs, and managers across regions and functions
- Expertise in needs analysis and co-creating learning solutions tailored to organizational requirements. In-depth knowledge of learning methodologies, tools, and platforms, including digital learning solutions
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to use data to assess program performance and drive continuous improvement
- Proficiency in monitoring and reporting program effectiveness through both qualitative and quantitative metrics
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability and consistency in global program deployment
- Communication & Facilitation: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and present ideas effectively. Proven ability to facilitate training sessions and workshops with audiences of varying levels
- Adaptability & Innovation: Flexibility to adapt learning strategies to a fast-paced, dynamic organizational environment
- Creative thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing learning gaps
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other e-learning tools
- Advanced proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, data analysis platforms, and collaboration tools
- Global Perspective: Experience working in a global or multicultural environment, with the ability to tailor learning initiatives to diverse audiences
- Knowledge of global learning trends and best practices in Learning & Development
- Language: Russian and English at least C1
