В международную компанию-производитель медоборудования GE Healthcare требуется Learning & Development Product Knowledge Business Partner (EMEA).
Job Description Summary:
- As part of the EMEA Commercial Excellence team, this position is responsible for improving sales force effectiveness by enhancing and upscaling competencies and capabilities of the EMEA Healthcare Systems & Services commercial teams. The role is the program development focus point connecting GE Healthcare strategy with training programs
- Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning and Development (L&D) Leader to be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive training initiatives that enhance the knowledge and skills of employees regarding products and solutions
- The role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting needs assessments, designing training curricula (inc. agenda, nominations, communications), ensuring the deployment and delivery of engaging and effective training sessions. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker that possesses a deep understanding of adult learning principles and product training methodologies
Requirements:
Knowledge requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, human or social sciences, with strong background in learning and development, operational, commercial, and/or product leadership experience
- Strong business acumen, knowledge and experience of large complex sales and marketing processes, commercial frontline activities (i.e. account management, selling skills, after-sales support, product management), and business processes
- Strong knowledge of learning techniques, innovative training solutions
- English as a must. Any other EMEA critical language will be a plus
Ability to operate at the Executive level:
- Ability to influence and collaborate with the senior management team and all levels of management
- Executive presentational skills, excellent communication skills
- Ability to translate strategy into business capacity development objectives
Excellent interpersonal skills:
- Strong team player, with a high sense of collaboration and positive attitude to foster an environment of learning, trusting, and supporting from/to other team members with future-forward thinking
- Coaching, mentoring, and training animation experience (oral and written)
Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels:
- Forward thinking with strong execution capability with reliability and responsiveness
- High level of organization, time & budget management skills. Resourceful, action-oriented with strong track record in delivering results with speed and under pressure
- Strong analytical skills, prioritizing and fast decision-making capability, able to handle complexity, multiple tasks of urgent nature and effectively deal with ambiguity
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or equivalent experience
- Customer training experience
- Training qualification, 5+ years of experience in training department
- LMS digital eco-system knowledge
