Four Seasons Is looking for a Learning and Development Manager.
Job summary:
- The Learning Manager co-ordinates and organizes a range of development activities that contribute to the attainment of the Company’s clearly prescribed performance standards and Hotel Goals
- The Learning Manager must systematically analyze the Hotels training needs and deliver relevant learning, plan and co-ordinate the production of Departmental Training Plans, act as an internal consultant to Heads of Departments on department related training issues, source and recommend appropriate external training organizations or resources, maintain a current knowledge of statutory requirements and develop creative and innovative training programs
- Creates, develops, and designs leadership learning and performance improvement programs and initiatives to best achieve long-term business success; promotes a continuous learning culture; partners with stakeholders to ensure managers' leadership skills are developed by means of their competencies
Position requirements:
- 3 years' experience in training / development at least. Hospitality background is preferable
- Experience in operating departments (F&B Service, Front Desk etc.) is a must
- High passion for service and help to people
- Fluency in English and Russian
- Excellent presentation skills for spoken and written communication
- Highly motivated, energetic, resourceful and friendly
