adidas is looking for a Leading category specialist (Reebok Accessories & Outdoor).
Responsibilities:
Sharpen Reebok brand positioning among young fitness lifestyle audience through relevant product, story and distribution across own DTC and partners’ channels
Lead and be responsible for Accessories and Outdoor Apparel business efficiency through implementation of key KPIs: Net Sales, Sell-Through, Standard Margin%, Standard Margin Abs, across all distribution channels: own Concept Stores, Ecom, Factory Outlets, Wholesale
Manage all product related processes (inputting, planning, creating special market products, ranging, forecasting, pricing, presenting range internally and externally, launch, sales maximization, late adds process) for Reebok Accessories and Outdoor Apparel
Prepare and provide detailed category development and growth data as input for the Internal Business Planning and strategic planning
Lead and own the creation and efficient implementation of campaigns for Reebok Accessories and Outdoor Apparel (incl. Sell-Through driving initiatives, Retail Marketing for DTC (Retail) and Wholesale channels, VM, Brand Activation, SMM, CRM, PR)
Represent Reebok Apparel & Accessories in all own retail Concept Stores related processes
Requirements:
Advanced English
Bachelor in related field
Apparel Industry experience
5+ years of cross functional experience in product management, marketing, sales/ retail
Expert understanding of local market´s consumers, wholesale accounts
Industry knowledge, specifically in training, running apparel
Strong project & management, communication skills
Very strong command in Excel and PowerPoint
Strong analytical skills, ability to quickly analyze numbers and make data driven business decisions
Critical thinking, ability to come up with creative solutions and quickly put into action
