As Lead UA Manager you will:
- Manage a team of several UAMs
- Generate and test hypotheses
- Build and maintain key procurement processes, interactions between UA and production, close interaction with the BI team, improve tools for purchasing analysis
- Communicatie with key partners
- Plan and budget purchases for month/quarter/year
We expect from you:
- Experience in managing UA teams of 2+ people
- 2+ years of mobile UA experience
- Proven experience in working with large UA budgets both personally and in a team;
- Analytical skills
- Strong experience with major traffic channels
- Strong understanding of MMP, attribution, auctions
