This role requires relocation from Russia and Belarus to one of the offices in Ireland, Cyprus, Serbia, Montenegro, Armenia, Kazakhstan, or remote work from other countries (except Russia and Belarus).
Tasks:
- Managing your team's work: evaluating employee performance and development, analyzing their results, and assigning tasks among them
- Developing candidate sourcing strategies
- Monitoring and improving key metrics
- Leading initiatives and continuous process improvement
- Identifying problem areas and proposing hypotheses for their resolution
- Enhancing the quality of candidate profile assessments
- Hiring the best specialists from around the world
Requirements:
- Having a successful track record in recruitment in IT/gamedev companies
- Skillfully managing a team – distributing workloads, evaluating results, and solving complex tasks
- Possessing strong organizational skills and a systematic approach
- Proficient in using X-ray and Boolean search techniques, as well as other essential candidate sourcing channels and tools
- Embracing an analytical approach and always considering data when making decisions
- Building strong partnership relationships with hiring managers: adept at identifying and solving recruitment challenges, and proposing ready solutions
- Ability to articulate your perspective and engage in constructive debates
