This role requires relocation from Russia and Belarus to one of the offices in Ireland, Cyprus, Serbia, Montenegro, Armenia, Kazakhstan, or remote work from other countries (except Russia and Belarus).
Tasks:
- Assessing the performance and development, analyzing the results, and distributing tasks for a team of up to four people
- Developing recruitment strategies for positions in your area of responsibility
- Conducting a post-mortem analysis, adjusting the recruiting strategy as needed
- Interacting with internal stakeholders: creating meeting, analytics, and reporting systems
- Overseeing the full cycle of hiring for hard-to-fill positions
- Leading hiring initiatives across the company
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience recruiting specialists for IT/game dev companies: the ability to fill a vacancy (including at senior levels and above) in an optimal time frame
- Experience managing a team: workload distribution, evaluation of results, assistance in complex tasks, analysis of results
- Experience working with hiring teams as business partners
- Skills in targeted sourcing, building recruitment strategies, proficiency in recruitment tools
- Organizational skills and a systematic work style
