About your product:
As a Lead Product Manager, you will be responsible for growth of live games portfolio - from the roadmap planning phase through the design of new features, new up-dates releases and post-release optimization.
What you will do:
- Lead a process of creating live free to play games
- Define and implement the vision for the games to make them engaging, viral, and highly monetizable
- Engage with different departments and stakeholders to analyze product and marketing performance to ensure the product is scalable and aligns with the company strategy
- Transform feature ideas into detailed, clear specifications
- Prioritise the feature roadmap to maximise growth
Company`s expectations:
- English level: upper-intermediate+. Ability to speak English with customers/management
- 3+ years of experience in product management & game design in the free to play mobile gaming industry
- 6+ years of experience in leading development teams
- A proven record of successfully launching and growing free to play games
- Strong expertise in monetisation strategies for free to play mobile games
