AliExpress is searching for a Lead Product Manager.
What you will do:
Development of the new Customer Service platform, both for buyers and sellers
Determine the product strategy, key milestones and resources needed
Manage key product streams
Customer interaction channels (Application chat, Messengers, Voice etc.)
Contact-centre tools (operators’ workflow and balancing workload)
Robotisation and automation support scenarios and scripts (ML-bases, chat bots etc.)
Prepare product requirements for software engineering teams
Coordinate product launches and control crucial metrics
Perform retrospective meetings and support further product development
Candidare profile:
At least 4 year of Product Management experience (preferably in E-Com or Classifieds)
Strong analytics skills (ideally to have good SQL knowledge and Power BI / Tableau skills)
Excellent project management skills
Excellent knowledge of digital and e-comm business metrics
Experience in working in agile teams (Business – Product – Engineering)
Ability to confront business / tech pressure and find win-win solutions
People management experience will be a plus
