Social Links is searching for a Lead Outreach Sales Manager.
Social Links is a Global OSINT (Open source intelligence) company with HQ in Amsterdam that empowers investigators and security professionals with ground-breaking AI-powered products.
Key tasks:
- Outreach process establishment:
- Develop and manage outreach lead generating campaigns using available instruments (research of compelling events, Outreach.io, Linked In, Social Selling, etc.). Find and implement business process, tools and KPI’s to support them.
- Hire and train team members - Sales Development Representatives, Sales Managers, outreach marketing managers, analysts and other, to ensure the process has the right people in the chain.
- Supervision, Budgeting & Reporting.
- Cross-division cooperation:
- Cooperate with Product team, Marketing and Content teams to create and launch effective lead generating campaigns, and deal closure.
- Create and test hypotises to outreach new audiences, research new Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and new industries.
- Leadership:
- Be proactive and creative in creating and launching new campaigns.
- Motivate your team towards successful Quarter and Year sales plan delivery.
What the company expects from you:
- Business level English: Fluent.
- Sales – is your passion.
- 3+ years of experience in (and/or) Outreach Sales, Sales Development, Business Development, Sales Management. Experience of hiring Outsource outbound teams would be a plus.
- Experience in team management.
- Leadership, Organisational ability, Proactivity, Self-reliance, Responsibility, Communication skills and Knowledge of business ethics.
- Ability to focus on a goal and choose the best ways to achieve it. You are not afraid of the uncertainty.
- Creating and maintaining the necessary reporting.
